  • No, we only provide storage for wine and associated goods on pallets, or in crates, barrels or puncheons.

• Is there a minimum or maximum storage requirement?

  • Minimum: Yes.  1 pallet, barrel, puncheon or crate.
  • Maximum: No.  There is no maximum limit.

• Is there a minimum or maximum storage period?

  • No.  There is no minimum or maximum storage period.

• How much do you charge for storage?

  • Please contact us for an obligation free quote.

• Where are you located?

  • We are located at 4 Riversdale Road, Yarra Junction, Victoria.

• Can you arrange pickup and delivery of pallets, crates or barrels?

  • Yes, we can pickup items from your winery and deliver them to the storage facility or vice-versa.

• Do you pick orders and deliver them to a winery customers address?

  • No, we only deliver to the winery who owns the product.

• Do you only pickup / deliver within the Yarra Valley region?

  • No, we can arrange transport for wineries anywhere within Australia.

• Can I use my own transport to deliver or pickup goods?

  • Yes, you can use your own vehicle if you wish or we can arrange transport if required.

• How are goods loaded or unloaded at the facility?

  • Forklifts are used for loading and unloading.

• How can I keep track of what I have in storage?

• Do you track or record the contents of a pallet, such as the number of boxes or bottles?

  • The pallet is assigned a unique barcode detailing the Company Name, Label, Vintage and Wine Type (if shown on outside of box within the pallet).  No other information is recorded.
